Yamuna Authority will develop the new city at about Rs 1 lakh crore. For this, land of 40 villages will be acquired. For this, the authority will purchase about 15,000 acres of land.
Yamuna Development Authority will establish this new city on 15 thousand acres of land. One lakh crore rupees will be spent on this. Along with this, sewer, green belt, park, and lighting work will be done for Rs 70 thousand crore. Regarding this master plan, the CEO of Yamuna Authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh has had a long discussion with the senior officer of the Yogi government, Anil Sagar.
Dr. Arunveer Singh said that the authority will acquire 15 thousand acres of land in 40 villages in the coming two years for new sectors. The new sectors will be 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. There will be hi-tech facilities here. There is nothing in these areas right now. After this master plan, not only will the pace of development increase.
Noida International Airport being built in Jewar is the largest in India. In the first phase, Jewar Airport is being constructed on 1334 hectares of land. Officials claim that airplanes will start flying from Noida International Airport by the last week of October.
