Four New Townships Will Be Established In Yamuna City, 30 Thousand New Houses Will Be Built

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is going to announce a big residential project in Yamuna City in June. Four new townships will be developed under this project. For this, large plots will be allotted to builders.

Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh gave information about this. He informed that plots will be allotted to builders to set up 4 townships in Sector-22D of the city. Allotment of plots will be as per the rules of the Group Housing Scheme.

Dr. Singh said that the first plot is 25 acres. The second plot is 48 acres. The third plot is 33.6 acres, and the fourth is 55.5 acres. Thus, 172 acres of land will be allotted under this scheme. This allocation will be under the new policy. Builders will be given land based on the highest bid.

The CEO said that about 30,000 new residential units will be built in these 4 townships. With this, residential activities will increase rapidly in Yamuna City. Sector-22D is located very close to Noida International Airport. The connectivity of this sector is also excellent.

Dr. Singh said that the authority will announce two more housing schemes in June. In these, plots will be allotted to all sections. There will be plots of 30 square meters for the lower income group, which cost only Rs 7.5 lakh. There will be plots of 300 to 4,000 square meters for middle and high-income groups.

According to experts, such a big project will increase construction activities. People will also get jobs in the service sector. This will make comprehensive development possible in the area. This will also require a strong infrastructure. On which the authority is working rapidly.
