Nirala World spends Rs 180 crore on 2.6 acres of property in Greater Noida.

Nirala World has paid Rs 180 crore to purchase 2.6 acres of property in Greater Noida with the intention of constructing a commercial complex. In a statement released on Thursday, the firm stated that it had purchased 10,600 square meters (2.6 acres) of land for Rs 180 crore, which included stamp duty, leasing fee, and GST. The land parcel (Plot number. C-6) is situated in Greater West Sector 10. Recently, the Greater Noida Authority purchased the land at auction.
"We recently won a difficult auction to purchase a piece of land in Greater Noida West. The chairman and managing director of Nirala World, Suresh Garg, stated, "We plan to construct a commercial project (a mall or a high street) on the acquired land."
"We would start construction as soon as UPRERA and the authorities give their approvals," he said.
The company just unveiled "Nirala Trio," a posh residential development in Sector 2, Greater Noida West. The 400 flats in the project cost approximately Rs 11,000 per square foot. Nirala World has already developed a 25-acre project in Greater Noida West comprising 4,050 homes out of which possession of 3,600 units has been given to the buyer and 450 units to be delivered soon.
