Noida International Airport Is Likely To Start Operations By September 2024

On Tuesday, March 19, Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL) disclosed that trial runs at Noida( Jewar ) International Airport will be done by the end of June 2024. Approximately 80% of phase one is near completion and this trial run will embark on a new achievement in the development of the airport.
The officials during the meeting revealed that the runway has been completed. They also assured that the remaining essential facilities, including technical equipment, will be installed within the next three months. CEO Arun Vir Singh stressed that they are making all efforts to meet the target of initiating trial runs on the runway by either late June or early July and meet the ultimate goal of commencing flight operations by September-end, 2024.
With the operation of Noida International Airport Delhi-NCR will see a surge in every sector economically and geographically. To ensure connectivity, the state government has directed local agencies, including the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) and NIAL, to develop a Metro line that will link Noida Airport to Delhi/NCR.
With this disclosure real estate market is also seeing a surge in the region and Noida Expressway is becoming the go-to choice for property buyers. With the fully operational airport, the landscape of Noida will be on another level.
