New Noida Expressway Expected To Boost The Real Estate Market And Improve The Connectivity

Recently a joint study had been conducted by the Noida Authority, RITES, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), and the irrigation department which has resulted in plans for a new expressway along the Yamuna River.
This expressway aims to boost the real estate market in both the commercial and residential sectors and also improve connectivity along the corridor.
This new expressway is also projected to improve the connectivity to the upcoming International Noida (Jewar) Airport.
This new planned bypass, which will complement the current Noida Expressway will bring relief to daily commuters and the expected traffic surge to the airport’s operational debut in October 2024.
The proposed 32-kilometer expressway will run from Sector-94, Noida to Sector-150 close to Greater Noida. This will surely be going to ease the traffic issue for the residents near the corridor.
Noida is currently the hotspot for property buyers and with this project, the surge in real estate investment will see an upward trend.
